Each year, there are about 50 exhibitors, and over 400 attendees at
the Symposium.
Exhibitors have the opportunity as vendors to meet with users, contractors,
faculty, and students who may be current or future customers or employees. You may request space by downloading the Exhibit
Space Request Form, and faxing it to (979) 458-0422 or mailing it
to us. When filling out form, listings should be simple, brief, and
explicit. Do not send catalogs or trade literature. Since there is limited
space, the selection of those accepted as exhibitors will be determined
by the Symposium Exhibit Committee. As noted on the Exhibit Space Request
Form, you are requested to provide a summary of items that you will
have on display. Below is a list of exhibitor from the 2007 Symposium
held on January 23-25, 2007. A layout of the vendor/exhibit area is
also included for review. |
