After I have registered, how do I get my parking?
All parking will be available at the West Campus Parking Garage or the University Center Parking Garage (limited spaces available). A map to both garages will be issued with all confirmation letters.


Who do I make the check out to?
Instrumentation Symposium

Can I pay when I get there?
If you register after January 5, 2007, it is preferred that you register and pay on-site. NO CONFIRMATION OR PARKING MAP/INFO will be mailed to you if your registration is received after this date.

When is early registration over?
Early registration ends December 8, 2006.

Remember: If you register by December 8, 2006, the workshops are included in the registration fee. After this date, a nominal fee of $10/workshop will be added to the registration fee.


How can I be placed on the Symposium mailing list?
If you would like us to mail you a preliminary announcement and other Symposium literature, please email us at: instsym@chemail.tamu.edu and let us know. The Scheduling Office will provide the Department of Chemical Engineering a roster of attendees which will be placed in a database for future announcements, mailouts, etc.



Can I buy barbecue tickets or parking when I get there?
If you forget or decide to buy a barbecue ticket(s), you may purchase your ticket when you check in. All conference attendees may use the West Campus Parking Garage. The University Center Parking Garage will have a limited number of spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis.


If I am a speaker or participant, is all of my registration free?
Speaker and/or Workshop Leader Registration is complimentary. However, you must fill out a registration form, and pay for any workshop(s) if you register after December 8th and if you choose to attend the barbecue event. All exhibitors must pay for registration in addition to their booth space fee.
