The publication policy for the Symposium is as follows:
"The Steering Committee of the Texas A&M Symposium
for the Process Industries grants publication rights to any and all
publishers, provided they obtain written approval from the author.
The publishers are requested to cite the fact that the paper was presented
at the Texas A&M Symposium. If any publisher violates the policy,
then the Steering Committee reserves the privilege of withholding
this publication right."
